It’s easy to work up a sweat when you’re by the salty sea and you need to make sure you stay hydrated. Keep a bottle of green tea in your cooler. It has been said to improve physical performance because of its fat burning qualities.  With this drink, you can stay cool and get the most out of the energy you put into a beach trip.
